Dear Valued Customer, Kindly note that we are enhancing the KYC module on WOLC starting Sunday 14th Sep 2025, the KYC module will be fully digital, the next time you submit the KYC application, please note that no signatures is required, also no physical documents needs to be sent to the bank, you can upload all the documents on WOLC and send it to the bank through the KYC module.
